Return to Top of PageJAN 15 - FEB 3, in Ghana; Saint Mark's Cathedral is organizing an ecumenical pilgrimage. Thirty participants from the Puget Sound area will travel to Cape Coast, Ghana, where Africa's best-preserved SLAVE CASTLES are located. In addition to touring two slave castles, pilgrims will also experience two home stays, one in a modern African city, and one in a rural village. The journey is designed to encourage the participants to reflect upon the IMPLICATIONS OF DISPARITY and to further increase their participation in and commitment to SOCIAL JUSTICE ISSUES.
