Print the image twice, back to back trim to fiducials, or the edge as appropriate cut in half (two for one!) fold each into 1/8th: twice the long way, once over the width slit where dashed line is (good nose mask;-) easiest by folding in quarters lengthwise and slitting on width fold line refold by pulling apart where the cut was made voila, a little booklet, reversible no less
The sides for this booklet are full sheets. They can be printed back to back in pairs to conserve on paper
