Diller House 9620 Lake Washington Blvd NE
This house was built in about 1920. The original owners are not known, but it was owned by a family named McGuire in the 1930s. It passed through several owners and was purchased by Emily Diller in 1969. This small unpretentious house is one of the oldest homes along Lake Washington in West Bellevue. It is noteworthy for its somewhat unusual Craftsman features and the fact that it has retained much of its architectural integrity. This house reflects the study unit theme of architecture. |
