The recent return dinner, at the Nobody inn,
saw a few changes to the Poor Folk Committee which will have to
be confirmed by the membership at the next AGM in November.
Our current Madam Chairman, Shirley Purves, has had to step down
due to her escalating other commitments, and she has asked David
Guest to return as acting Chairman, which he has happily agreed
to do. With the help of the other committee members who remain
unchanged we hope to offer you an exciting year of Sherlockian
based events.
The Committee is now made up of the following:

May I put in a plea from Reggie for more material for the Torr. I am sure you will agree that the journal goes from strength to strength, but needs a constant supply of canonical copy, not necessarily concerning only the West Country stories. We can enlarge our horizons! Reviews of books or articles you have read, plays or films you have seen, canonical photographs you have taken, programmes on Radio or television you have heard, all deserve an airing.
