race 05.19.00

There was a big fun race and party and keg-drinkin' on May 19th 2000. It both stared and finished in the alley of the 2600 block of Western Avenue, thus punishing riders by making them ride over cobblestones. Much chaos ensued, fueled by the music of Skwish and Butt Hutt late into the night.

A few pictures here.

4.21.00 manifest

Steve Dewitt with the winning manifest. The winning poker hand, a meager pair of Kings, was awarded a goodie bag of stuff.

There was a festive race ending 1999 all the way to Georgetown, and there is little remaining reliable information left after millenium-worthy post-race celebration.

It was a rather chilly evening, and beer was not allowed at the Ranier Brewery.

other race reports soon to come, honest
