University Street Ministries Teen Feed
Meals for youth and young adults, age limit 13-25.
Food Not Bombs
Vegetarian dinner served Thursday approximately 5:30pm. Serving in
Occidental Park.
Family Kitchen
Free meal served M-F at St. James Cathedral (Columbia Street between 9th &
Terry Avenues). Doors open 4pm, meal at 4:30pm, doors close 5pm. Serving
women, children, families, and single men over 55. Handicap accessible.
Vegetarian option often available.
Blessed Sacrament Church
Meal Sunday, noon-2 p.m. at Parish Hall on 8th Avenue side of
building, open to all homeless.
University Baptist Church
Hot meal Saturday, 11:00 a.m., enter from 12th Ave.,
south doors.
Meals On Wheels
Meal and grocery delivery for homebound persons 60 or over.
$3.00 per meal if able to pay. Food stamps OK for groceries.
Also meals for homebound persons under 60, $3.75 per meal.

Dinner served at Calvary Lutheran Church 7001 23rd Ave (2 blocks East of food bank at 7004 24th Ave NW). Tues, Wed, & Thurs 11am – 1pm. Coffee & pastries available 10am – 11:30am.
YouthCare's Orion Center
Breakfast Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m., hot meals Mon-Fri at 12:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Youth ages 13-21.
Millionair Club Charity
Meals served:
CityTeam Ministries
Dinner daily, preceded by mandatory chapel at 6 p.m. (must be there on
time). Open to men, women, & children. Come spring of 2007, group support time will be held in lieu of chapel.
Family & Adult Service Center (FASC)
Lunch served daily 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Dinner served daily between 5-7 p.m. Mainly a drop-in center. A pass for meals may be obtained anytime during business hours.
Angeline's Day Center
For women only. Breakfast 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., snack served at 3:00 p.m.
Seattle Indian Center
Lunch Mon.-Fri. 12 noon - 12:45 p.m. Open to people of all ethnicities.
Phinney Neighborhood Soup Kitchen
Free meals Tues 5-6pm, Wed noon-1pm. Open to all. On #5 bus route.
Burrito Friday
For Capitol Hill youth 22 and under. 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. every Friday.
Friday Feast
Fridays at 7 pm, U. Methodist NE 43rd and 15th NE, enter by alleyway, south end of church.
Seattle Outdoor Meal Site
Operation Sack Lunch (1-866-277-9252) — which functions as a contact for questions about all activities at the Seattle Outdoor Meal Site — provides a hot meal Mon-Fri 1-2pm at 6th & Columbia meal site. The Lord's Table serves dinner Mon-Thur 7:30-9:00 pm. Bible Study Outreach provides sack lunches Saturdays at 1:00-2:30pm. Mt. Zion Lutheran Church does a hot meal the 1st, 3rd and (when there is one) 5th Saturday of the month, 4-5:30 pm. Mothers Kitchen does a brunch the 3rd Sunday of the month 10 am. All of these meals are provided at Seattle Outdoor Meal Site.
Operation Nightwatch
Dinner served nightly from 9-10:30pm. Open to all.
