Hypodermic needles can be exchanged for free, one for one, at 1511 Second Avenue. Also condoms, bleach kits, AIDS information.

Hypodermic needles can be exchanged for free at the table in the alley behind the U. District Post office (1/2 block east of University Way NE — "The Ave" — just south of 43rd Street), operated by the People's Harm Reduction Alliance. Also condoms, AIDS information. Hours:
