Other related topics:

Veterans who were involved in the military (especially the Navy) between 1940 and 1970 are at an increased risk for mesothelioma and other asbestos-related illnesses. Several rather similar web sites address this. The information on all of these sites appears to be good, but in our experience such a proliferation of similar sites usually means that someone is being well-paid for linking to a web site that channels people toward someone who is in it for the money, in this case presumably lawyers. See http://www.mesothelium.com/affiliate-signup.jsp for an example of such an "affiliate" program as presented to the webmasters who can profit from it.

We are listing the first three of these sites that approached us. That does not indicate that these are necessarily better than other sites on the topic. In particular, it certainly does not mean that you should favor legal referrals obtained directly or indirectly through these sites over other such referrals. In any event, this Crisis Resource Directory is not a participant in any affiliate program, and we are not making any money by listing these sites.
