Construction Update

Walker Townhomes - Finishing vinyl, cabinets, and interior trim in last building. Exterior painting is finished. Grading should be done by October.

Lexington Place - Framing second floor. Truss/Roof constructed in mid September.

South Park South - Bids are out. Waiting for approval from city for grading. Hoping for September or October grading, and beginning of construction in late 1996.
