Auction Huge Success
The Second Annual 'Houses for Play' Auction took place on Saturday, November
16 at the Seattle Design Center. This year's event proved to be a huge success as
over 350 people attended, raising more than $50,000 for Seattle Habitat for
Humanity. Honorary Co-Chair's Don and Carol James were just one of many
people who opened their hearts and their checkbooks to support Seattle Habitat.
It wasn't too difficult for auctioneer, Jeff Stokes to get people to bid on dozens of
great items including a number of vacations, golf packages, and even a round of
golf with Don and Carol James. All of the proceeds from the event benefited
Seattle Habitat for Humanity. Watch for the next issue of our newsletter for
