A Donation of Real Property

There are many ways you can help SHfH fulfill its mission of providing low-income housing within the community, and receive tax benefits in return.

Most of you have considered the donation of building materials, construction skills, services and money.

But would you consider a donation of property to be used as a building site of a house for renovation?

Real property donations can save Seattle Habitat for Humanity a lot of money and time, thus keeping the total home costs down. We already save by using volunteer labor, donated materials and money, however land is vital to carrying out our mission.
