  • Tongue & groove plywood subfloor, 3/4", 4 x 8 sheets
  • Precut Studs: (2 x 4 framing grade, Hemlock or Douglas Fir)-8 foot lengths
  • Cedar Porch Decking: (2 x 4 or 2 x 6, finish grade)-8 ft. minimum
  • Asphalt composition shingles (25 year or better)
  • 30# interwoven felt (roof felt)
  • Insulation: R-19 Batt (floor); R-13 Batt (walls); R-38 Batt (roof)
  • Windows: White Vinyl, Milguard or equivalent. (Sizes 6'x4', 3'x5', 8'x4', 4'x4' or 2'x2')
  • Doors: Prehung interior (2'6"x6'8"); preprimed, prehung exterior (3' x 6'8")
  • Bathtubs: One piece (60") with shower enclosure
  • Carpeting: Must be new, at least 12'x12'
  • Paint: Off-white only. Must be new (unopened), acrylic latex only (no oil-based paint)
  • Painting supplies: Rollers, brushes, small pails, putty knives, wire brushes, roller spinner
  • Kitchen Sinks: aluminum or steel finish (double)
  • Drywall: GWB wallboard, 5/8" ceilings (or ceiling density) 4'x8', 4'x10' or 4'x12' sheets
  • Power tools: hypoid saws, cordless drills, reciprocating saws
  • Step ladders: 4', 6', 8' wood or aluminum
  • Ranges: (new) gas or electric
  • Refrigerators: (new), 30" wide
  • Washing machines: (new, full size)
  • Clothes dryer: (new) gas
