Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation of volunteer men and women dedicated to providing financial assistance in the form of scholarships to the sons and daughters of the United States Marine Corps. One year scholarships are awarded annually and are limited to undergraduate studies at accredited education/technical institutions. Eligible applicants must be: The son/daughter of an active duty or reserve U.S. Marine in good standing, or the son/daughter of a U.S. Marine who has received an Honorable Discharge, Medical Discharge, or who was killed in battle while serving in the Marine Corps, and: A high school senior, high school graduate, or registered as an undergraduate student at an accredited college or post high school vocational/technical institution. Scholarship awards are not available for graduate study, and the parents' combined total income cannot exceed $43,000. The deadline for submission of completed applications is 1 April, 1999.
