Help Save Magnuson Park and its night time environment.

"Eleven of the sports fields will be artificially turfed and lighted by 640 lights on 80 poles ranging from 75 to 85 feet tall. Each of the 640 lights will be 1,000 watts. The proposed cutoff time for most of these lights in the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) is 11:00 P.M.. Nearly 900 parking spots will be illuminated by lower wattage lights on 40 foot poles."...

..."the new complex will be the largest publicly owned, illuminated sports field installation in the Puget Sound Area. The total lighting will be equal to approximately 60% of the lighting of Safeco Field"
