• $38 million - BTA School District Capital Levy (February 1998)
• $14 million - City's Cumulative Reserve Fund (1994-2007)
• $17 million - BEX II School District Capital Levy (February 2001)
• $22 million - Pro Parks 2000 Levy (November 2000)
• $ 3 million - Football Northwest
• $ 1 million - All-Star Legacy Program
• $ 50,000 per project from Youth Sports Grants and unknown additional funding from the King County Capital Program
