Boring Administrative Stuff

Of late, we haven't been meeting regularly, and decisions have been made on a much more situational scale, by whoever is around, involved and motivated, but we still have minutes from our old meetings, and unlike various non-transparent organizations like the WTO, we encourage everyone to look at our decision making process of years past...
