Llyle Morgan is a key member of the Fremont Arts Council in many roles. A master of disguises, masks, costume needlework, luminaria making, scrounging materials, and many other necessary skills, Llyle also has an aptitude for determining public policy in a cooperative setting. She was a member our 1997 Delegation to Taiwan.

Through all her many incarnations Llyle stays grounded and keeps her sense of humor. She serves as a Wise Woman of the Council in so many ways. Llyle is shown here drumming with the Escola de Samba Seattle band in the 1999 Mardi Gras Parade held in Pioneer Square on February 14.
