Peter Toms is another of the protean talents who make the Solstice Parade and other Fremont Arts Council events such a creative showcase. An originator of the Fremont Solstice Parade, Peter has proven himself as a technical wizard, tuning the clockworks of many a float; building beautiful masks and costumes; dancing and playing music, stilt walking, and all-around fun. Here he is in his Horse in Bondage outfit, exulting at a high-energy point in the 1994 Solstice Parade.
