MEETINGS FOR WORSHIP
SUNDAYS (FIRST DAY)
Unprogrammed Silent Worship is held at the UFM Meetinghouse
- 9:30 A.M. — childcare is not provided during this worship hour.
- 11:00 A.M. — First Day program
for children begins just before 11:00 a.m., dowstairs from the Social Hall. Children are invited to join worship the last few minutes of the eleven clock hour. Junior Friends program also occurs at this time.
- ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAM — meets at 9:30 a.m. for discussion topics
- SINGING occurs before meeting on 1st and 2nd Sundays of the Month
- LIGHT LUNCH occurs after 11:00am meeting on the 2nd and 4th Sundays (a
small donation is requested)
- SOCIAL HOUR (including coffee and tea) occurs after each meeting.
Monthly Meetings for Worship for Business
Business Meetings are held on second Sundays at 11AM during the normal worship hour. After a lengthy period of silence, the clerk begins the business session. We break for a light lunch at 12:30 or so, then continue business around 1:15, with the intention of completing by 2:30PM. The meeting has several Committees that meet throughout the month.
The meeting Clerk facilitates meeting business through these
committees and the meeting staff.
