Horizon Crest
Horizon Crest includes the housing developments called Eagles Mere Divisions 2, 3, 4, and 5 located near Eastgate, in the south-eastern part of Bellevue, Washington. These developments were originally built beginning in the late 1970's, and now make up about 228 of the most desirable residences in western Washington.
The Association
As the HCCA by-laws state, the Horizon Crest Community Association gives all of us a stronger combined voice with the City of Bellevue than any of us might have individually. The HCCA is more than a legally incorporated association. It's you and your neighbors. Although membership in the association is voluntary, most people understand and embrace their obligation as a homeowner or resident to participate; at least to the extent of paying the modest annual dues to the association. Many participate by also volunteering for committees, the board of directors, or as an officer of the association. The greater our participation, the less time required by each to accomplish the tasks of the association, such as neighborhood cleanup day, distribution and publication of the newsletter, and maintenance of the landscaped islands, We all have busy schedules, and the activities of the association are always adjusted to avoid conflicts with individual activities.
