Your dues to the Horizon Crest Community Association have made possible another Neighborhood Cleanup Weekend! The Cleanup Weekend is on May 15 and 16.
Three large dumpsters will be provided for disposing yard waste at no extra charge.
Remember that only yard waste can be placed in the dumpsters. No rocks, dirt or garbage please. Branches can be as large as four inches in diameter, but not more than 48" in length.

The Association would like to remind homeowners that your landscaping must not "obstruct or impair the full and free use of the sidewalk or street by the public".
Bellevue City Code Section 14.06.010-050 assigns you this responsibility, and allows for fines of up to $300 for failure to comply with this ordinance. Plus, they'll do the trimming and send you the bill!
