Lynx Accessibility Tips

Many SCN members use the Lynx text browser.

1. Don't use javascript for hyperlinks.
2. Keep in mind that Lynx ignores tables.
3. Do not rely on colors to distinguish content.
4. Lynx does not support things like Flash.
5. Frames will appear as links.
6. Use alt in <img> tags.
7. Try the Lynx Emulator if you don't use Lynx, but there is a bug where list-items may not align properly.
