Meeting Overview:

Are you getting what you're worth? Learn the secrets of successful negotiation from an industry expert. Join us for a fun and fact-filled evening with Joan B. DuNard, executive recruiter, sales coach, and mentor. As a Senior Search Consultant at Extreme Solutions, LLC, Ms. DuNard coaches candidates on how to better present themselves for a specific career position via their resume, how to interview for positions and how to negotiate their desired offer of employment. She also coaches clients on interview skills and evaluating candidates for critical searches. Ms. DuNard has over 20 years of negotiating experience.

Ms. Dunard will address:

  • Where to get the information regarding what people with similar talents are earning in our local marketplace, so you know what you're worth in your own back yard!
  • How to get what you're worth where you are NOW (assuming no job change) . This will include how to get credit for your work, being noticed, and/or acknowledged.
  • How to leverage a move to another company--covering the entire packages out there: i.e., stock options (how to evaluate), benefits and salary.
  • Working with an executive recruiter, when they can help you, establishing a relationship with one, as a client and/or candidate.

Why should you attend?

  • to position yourself for success in the marketplace
  • to learn how to quantify your accomplishments and skills
  • to enhance your negotiating skills
  • to meet and network with fellow IT professionals

Whether you are content in your present position, or looking to move on, you will not want to miss this enlightening discussion!
