How to Apply

Requirements

  1. Obtain a copy of the most recent financial aid form from the financial aid office where you have enrolled and fill it out according to the instructions. Or you may submit a copy of your most recent tax return.
  2. Provide a current copy of your transcript and proof of current quarter enrollment.
  3. Write a short paragraph summarizing your previous career(s) and what you plan to do with your education and training.
  4. Mail to AWC/PS P.O. Box 179 Seattle, WA 98111.
  5. Must be received by 5/31/2002.
