"Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly."

Travel and Consumption
Consume : to take up completely... devour, waste, destroy, spend. To cause to disappear or vanish away. To destroy a living being, or more usually a race or tribe by any wasting process. To spend goods or money, especially wastefully; or money,
especially wastefully; to waste, squander.
In the 18th century, the word was even used as a curse, as in "Consume you!"
...It was at the end of the 19th century that George Bernard shaw wrote in Candida: "We have no more right to consume happiness without producing it than to consume weatlth without producing it." [and
voluntary simplicity is a means of consuming and producing happiness, consuming and producing the wealth that matters most -- the wealth of the soul or spirit.]
