The Northwest Coalition for AIDS Treatment in Africa (NCATA) is a regional coordinating body for mobilization against the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Founded on the belief that only an integrated approach including treatment and infrastructure building can defeat AIDS, NCATA works to overcome political and economic barriers through lobbying and community outreach.
