City of Seattle MUP Permit

This is the land use permit that the School District needs to obtain from the City of Seattle.
Permit Number: 300-8096

As part of this permit the School District will be asking the City for two code departures. These requests are for: 1) Building height; and 2) Parking.

Under State law, the Seattle School District is allowed to conduct their own Environmental Review (SEPA). This has not been completed, has yet to be submitted to the City, and is appealable.
