Written when Mozart was only 18, ³La finta giardiniera² is a surreal romp about a group of 20-somethings in love with the wrong people. (Sung in Italian with English surtitles. Claudia Zahn, director; Julia Tai and Meena Hwang, conductors)

NOTE
There is only one opera, in the spring. Both Meany theatre and the Playhouse are undergoing renovations that have necessitated changes in the scheduling.
