Overeaters Anonymous / H.O.W. Recovery Net

Recovery Net was established as an outreach of a small Overeaters Anonymous H.O.W. Concept meeting group in Seattle to help compulsive overeaters. Our hope was that Recovery Net could be a tool for those interested in personal recovery. Unfortunately the lack of volunteers to keep this site updated and to respond to requests in a timely manner has forced us to limit the operation of this site.
For those looking for meetings & sponsors, we encourage you to seek out local OA, OA/HOW and CEA meetings in your area. There is nothing like a real live meetings with people to talk to, share with and be inspired from. There is real help and real recovery out there.
