Earth Day

Metro Seattle area Pioneers joined with EarthShare to clean out weeds and place mulch at Golden Gardens Park.

Easter Egg Hunt

April 11, 2009

Once again the Green River Combined Club hosted their Beeping Easter Egg Hunt for visually impaired children.

Everyone enjoyed the hunt and had a great time.

Chapters across the country also had hunts this year, more photos of regional hunts can be found on the region Pioneer website.

Springwood Ranch in Ellensburg

The Springwood Ranch in Ellensburg has a party barn where they serve lunch to groups from May through October. The cost is $25 + tax per person.

The only day in September that is available is Wednesday, September 2nd. They can fit in our group with another group. There are no overnight camping facilities at the ranch, but there are campgrounds in the area including a KOA.
