2013

We have decided to continue to donate our Box Tops for Schools to Loyal Heights Elementary School in north Seattle. We recently donated 28 State of Washington flags to a Loyal Heights second grade studying Washington history and two United States playground map stencils to the school. Adams Elementary is having a penny drive and all donations are welcome. Contact Lois for more information.

North Star also continues to collect pulltabs for Ronald McDonald House. Contact Linda for more information.

2012 Charitable Contributions

Recent donations approved by your Executive Committee were for Peace for the Streets by Kids from the Streets (PSKS), Meals on Wheels, Ballard Food Bank, Central Area Senior Center and the Bellingham Food Bank.

Moving Forward

We plan to continue to collect toiletries and other items for the shelters.

We are looking for your input as to what projects you would like to support and become involved with for 2013. Please send your ideas and suggestions to pioneer@scn.org.
