James experience developing employer contacts is working with people of diverse backgrounds training and motivating them for success. He worked as a Recruiter, Sales/Marketing person and Diversity Manager for a High-Tech Company in Seattle developing employer contacts. In addition, for the past eight years has been the Chairperson with the South Puget Sound Diversity Taskforce. James co-founded this networking group and bringing the community and businesses together to learn more about Diversity. “Our group works to match job seekers with employers for job openings. Each month I have enjoyed organizing the monthly meetings getting the assistance of volunteers that have made the meetings over eight years very successful.”

With over twenty years of experience working within the employment industry in one aspect or another (i.e. Job Developer, Business Developer, Employment Specialist, Recruiter and Trainer/Instructor) he enjoyed the challenge of working with people in changing lives. He has been with Seattle Goodwill since March of 2003 bringing years of experience in developing employer contacts, recruiting and placement experience to our company as the Employment Specialist.
