Mark is a Human Resource Manager for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. Prior to his current position, he worked as the Diversity and Recruiting Manager for the Department of Natural Resources, the Affirmative Action Manager for the Department of Labor and Industries, a mediator and Investigator with the Washington State Human Rights Commission, and a Legislative and Administrative Aide with the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business enterprises .Mark has been involved with PTDN since its second year, and has held previous post as the President and the Director for Finance.
