Smitty has 15 years inHR Industry.Her skills and background would would assist the PTDN in achieving new goals and markets for membership and growth.As an orginal member of the PTDN that started over ten years ago,she has witnessed the positive influence the membership has done.Smitty has also participated in functions that mentored a positive form of communication and exposure that help support PTDN's direction in the community.
