Description:  Represents the urban villages and centers 
delineated by the City of Seattle Comprehensive Plan.  These
areas have corresponding growth targets as defined in the designation 
packages for each area (see Data Viewer Help "About Your Neighborhood"
for the Comp Plan requirements for the areas contained on this CD-ROM).  Village 
types depend on these targets and range from residential urban village to urban center.
