of Februrary, 1997," there are some inaccuracies. For example, the area along NE Blakeley marked as "warehouse" contains retail stores such as "Plenty of Textiles;" the area South of the Burke-Gilman Trail marked as "office" is really UW Student Housing; the parcel on NE 54th marked as "industrial" actually contains a single family home; Ravenna park is not really "vacant."
