Chris Bellomo

Chris Bellomo (cbellomo@aol.com) was born February 21, 1960 in Queens,

New York. His earliest recollections include Ahh-Saturday-morning-what's

for breakfast? His first book, "Robert Goddard: Father of Modern Rocketry",

and trance-like remembrances of the great New York metropolitan area black-

out. Right now he lives and writes in Los Angeles. His telephone number is

913-1297.

The Carl Jung Epitaph

Syncronicity my ass.

I'll bet he never had

a two timing girlfriend

or a car with

a bad transmission.

The Gnostic Winos of Alvera Street

They move about slowly like

shadows of steam driven kittens.

>From tree to bench.

>From porch to curb.

The gnostic winos of Alvera Street

are prayerfully sipping port and

passing it like a collection plate.

Laughing and peeing and

staring absentmindedly

at the universe,

like some hopelessly primitive

American advertisment

for asprin.

Perhaps, fondly

Perhaps as a old man,

I will look back on these days

in which I am so unhappy,

and remember them fondly.
