Seth Ginsberg is the winner of the Seymour Faust contest. He lives in Plano, TX with his wife and several dogs and he owns his own communications company. He went to St. John's College in Annapolis. His first novel will appear this summer.

The Big Bang (Revised)

Yes, we humans do worship geometric perfection --
The Big Bang as the birth of a shiny Euclidian crystal sphere.
But why believe that nature is a party to our aesthetic preferences?
Think instead of fractal variegation:
From that first instant
Frosted vectors shatter forth
In the infinite undulation of dimensions
Reaching inside to envelop themselves
In a froth of turbulent creation.
