SEAMEC Survey

1999 MEMBERSHIP SURVEY

MESSAGE FROM THE CO-CHAIRS

Dear SEAMEC Supporter:

As we begin 1999 -- the 23rd year of SEAMEC's service to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community -- we want to thank you once again for your support. Without you, we would not be able to carry out our mission of increasing the political awareness and participation of the GLBT community.

We hope we can count on your support for one more project. This survey will give us a better idea of who you are, and will help us to set advertising, fundraising and outreach goals for the future. About half the questions ask for information about you, our supporters, and half ask you to comment on some issues that have been discussed by SEAMEC's Steering Committee this past year.

You may decline to answer any question you find intrusive. Please take ten minutes to fill this out and submit it -- your answers are very important to us! The information you provide will be kept confidentail and not shared with any other organization.

Signed, Pat D and Herb Krohn, SEAMEC Co-Chairs
