Lavender Festival in Sequim

Board members Diana Dean and Karen Campbell are coordinating a tour to the Lavender Festival for our Guild.
Sit back, relax, socialize, and knit - and leave the driving to Starline Transportation as we travel via luxury coach to the beautiful Sequim-Dungeness Valley.

The tour will take place on Saturday, July 17th, departing form the Wedgwood Presbyterian Church at 8:00am. We will stop at Banana Belt Yarns in Sequim, tour several lavender farms, enjoy the Street Fair, and round out our trip with a stop at Wild 'n Wooly in Poulsbo, and return to Seattle at 6:00pm.

The cost of $32.00 per person includes transportation (including ferry fare both ways) and admissiont to the Festival - you couldn't drive there on your own for this price! (Lunch is on your own.)

We need a bus full of knitters to make this trip a "go," so please sign up now! We'll reserve space for Guild members first, up until June 30th. Beginning July 1, Guild members can buy another seat for husbands and significant others, and other friends who want to enjoy this tour with us.

Gorgeous pictures of the Festivals participating farms and Street Fair can be found at www.lavenderfestival.com. For answers to your questions about this tour, contact Karen Campbell or Diana Dean.
