Hal Jackson's Talented
Teens of Washington Scholarship Competition is for girls 13-17 years
of age with individual talent. Contestants improve self-esteem through
pride, confidence and respect. Workshops and seminars are offered in
areas of goal setting, career planning, poise, public appearances, dance,
