Using one or more concepts from Keck and Sikkink discuss how community systems in general (or your partnership project in particular) might help meet community objectives.

Notes: The CIS Fair details need to be worked out. We're hoping to be able to hold the fair between 12 noon (or 1) and, say, 3, followed by a reception for all of us and guests on the fourth floor of the library. That's the idea. Don't know if we can actually meet during this time...
