Subscribing to Tweeters and Tweeters-Alerts

Revised August 3, 2009

Tweeters and Tweeters-Alerts serve different, but complementary, purposes. Before subscribing, please read the Posting Guidelines to familiarize yourself with the respective functions of each list. You must subscribe to each list separately; most members are subscribed to both.

To subscribe to Tweeters , visit :

http://mailman2.u.washington.edu/mailman/listinfo/tweeters/

To subscribe to Tweeters-Alerts , visit :

Many members prefer to receive postings bundled together once a day rather than individually as they're sent. To do this, choose the digest option.

Your subscription won't be complete until you've replied to the confirmation message that will be sent to you by email. (Subscribers who log in with a UW NetID bypass this step.)

As part of the subscription process the server will assign you a password for each account. Please make note of your password. You will need it if you want to unsubscribe or change your mail options, which you may do by visiting the same web page from which you subscribed.

Anyone — non-subscribers included — may also read the most recent Tweeters and Tweeters-Alerts postings on the Web. Click on Latest Postings for information on how to do this.
