Subject: Ravenna Woods News-Condemnation Hearing
Dear Friends of Ravenna Woods,
We are making progress! Your help and support is still greatly needed and appreciated. The City did file a law suit to condemn the Ravenna Woods property.There will be a condemnation hearing of Wednesday, February 23, 2000. Several members have already been asked and have agreed to testify. Still, we need to have a presence in the court room and we are asking as many of you as are able to attend the court session. Here is the pertinent information:
Date: Wednesday, February 23, 2000
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: King County Courthouse
516 3rd Avenue, #E713 (7th Floor, East Wing)
Presiding: Judge Alsdorf
Please let me know if you can attend. We want to be sure that the community support is recognized. I'd appreciate an email by February 15, so that we know how many supporters to expect. Thank you for all that you've done. It's due to your consistent support that we have gotten this far.
