Trick-or-Treat 2002

Each year, the Wedgwood Community Council sponsors a trick-or-treat on 35th Ave NE in cooperation with neighborhood businesses. We provide flyers to participating businesses to place in their front windows, distribute flyers to area elementary schools, and provide professional and volunteer crossing guards at major intersections. Businesses provide the candy and decorations! Here are a couple scenes from 2002.
