Come and hear Welsh choral music, together with the words of Dylan Thomas!

Annual Christmas Concert - Sunday, December 5th, 1999

The Seattle Welsh Choir (Côr Cymraeg) is pleased to invite you to our annual Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 5th, at 2:30pm, Green Lake United Methodist Church, 6415 - 1st Ave NE, in Seattle, just south of NE 65th St.

The concert will feature carols and seasonal choral works in Welsh performed by Seattle's ow mixed-voice Welsh choir.  There will be carols old and new, including a presentation of three traditional carols newly arranged by Cor Cymraeg's talented manager, Ray Stevenson.
We will also have carols in English for an audience sing-along.  And we will have readings form Dylan Thomas' A Child's Christmas in Wales and similar holiday fare.

Tickets are $8 for adults, with children twelve and under FREE.  Tickets will be available at the door.  If you wish, you may purchase tickets in advance by sending a check and a self-addressed envelope to:  Seattle Welsh Choir, P.O. Box 19344, Seattle WA, 98109.  Tickets for orders received after November 22nd will be held for "will call" at the concert.

A Welsh craft table will have unusual gifts for all price ranges so you can finish (or start) your Christmas shopping.  We will also be collecting unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program, and will be pleased if you would like to bring something to donate.
