Purpose
The Westwood Neighborhood Council is organized to promote and support the efforts that improve and maintain the quality of life in the Westwood community. To carry out this purpose, we will work with government agencies and officials and other public and private organizations to secure services and improvements in the following areas: social services, education, health services, public safety, parks and environment, physical and pedestrian improvements, zoning/land use, traffic.
Who we are
We are your neighbors!
Westwood is generally defined as the neighborhood between SW Holden and SW Roxbury, and 35th Avenue and Delridge Way. Everyone who lives, works, shops, or attends school in Westwood is welcome. The people on the Council believe that we must take an active role in improving the place where we live and/or work. By the way, in case you're wondering, we don't collect dues.
