"The Beloved Community" 48th Annual Northwest Regional Conference
July 1 - 4, 2006, Seabeck Conference Center, Seabeck, Washington
More information about lodging
Rates are for the entire conference, including 3 nights' lodging and 8 meals. Those 18 and older also pay $50 registration. Children from birth to 2 years old are free, but need to be listed on registration forms. Seabeck provides bed linens and towels; beds will be made up before our arrival for the higher and medium priced units, the lowest price range unit occupants make their own beds.
ROOMS WITH BATHROOMS: Spruce building has private bathrooms in the room, and there are no single rooms. There are a few other rooms scattered around with private baths, just a few! In the past, these rooms have filled rapidly, with a waiting list. We think it is fair to give preference to those conference participants who have medical needs for a bathroom in the room, and after this consideration to assign the rooms in the order registrations are received. There are only two handicap accessible rooms in this class. [adults $160, 12-16 yr. old $125, 3-11 yr. old $100]
SINGLE ROOMS: the INN ANNEX has all single rooms, and is reserved for adults only. The Inn Annex is near the dining hall. In addition there are a couple of other single rooms in other buildings. These rooms are not handicap accessible. These rooms also fill quickly. [adults only, $158]
REESER, INN, PINES, MAPLES, rooms with shared baths (you have to go outside the room to get to the bath) are the medium-price units [Inn and Reeser: adults $150, 12-16 yr. old $115, 3-11 yr. old $75; Maples and Pines adults $140, 12-16 yr. old $105, 3-11 yr. old $70]
The INN is a partially renovated 1864 Hotel. Most rooms sleep 2. These rooms are not handicap accessible.
