"Do Not Call" Lists
State "Do Not Call" Lists
I compiled a list below, but here's a more comprehensive list from the Direct
Marketing Assn: www.the-dma.org/government/
Here's my list (in case the DMA link is broken). The following is a list of
states with and without "Do Not Call" lists. I know there
are inconsistencies. My name isn't "Westlaw" or "Lexis"
and I don't really care if I got one or two of the states wrong here.
The following states either have no state "Do Not Call"
list, or their state list is not yet implemented.
