the EPA libraries
As of January 9, 2007, the Region 10 library in Seattle, serving four northwest states, is now open just 22-1/2 hours a week. If you can't eliminate a federal agency, and its enforcement of laws you don't like, then just make its work unavailable to the public and its own staff. The information is supposed to be available digitally; see number 6, below.
